2. New Study: Eating Organic Decreases Pesticide Levels in Kids

A recent study by Environmental Health Perspectives (March 
2003) found that children who ate primarily organic produce and 
juice had one-sixth the level of pesticide byproducts in their urine 
compared with children who ate non-organic food. The study 
compared children who ate produce and juice that was at least 
75% organic with kids eating at least 75% non-organic.

3.  Article ~ A decade-long study revealed:

That men perceived woman to be 12 pounds lighter when wearing floral
spicy perfume, according to the Smell and Taste Treatment & Research
Foundation, Chicago. 

The Foundation tested more than 100 odors - including butterscotch,
grapefruit, pepperoni pizza and even cigarette smoke - but only the
spicy-floral fragrance appeared to alter men's weight perception.

No odor was found that influenced women's ability to estimate weight.
Alan R. Hirsch, MD, lead investigator, said, "Either women are too adroit
at guessing other people's weight, or men are just easily influenced by
how a woman smells."

4.  Event ~ Grand opening in Burlington Vermont

It is with great pleasure and joy to announce the opening of 
a new aromatherapy shoppe in Burlington Vermont.

Leyla Bringas has been a client of mine for many years now.  This 
young woman is dedicated and passionate about essential oils and
the art of blending and making all natural products.  

She is the proud Mama of Ayala her beautiful little girl, and has 
now realized another of her life dreams.  Opening her own shoppe.

She has envisioned her dream .. and followed her passion.!
The care and dedication is evident in every photo.  
The design is awesome and inviting.. makes one want to just sit 
and drink in the scents and lovely vibrations.

Lunaroma ~ an Aromatic Apothecary .. is timely and timeless.!

So, for those of you in the Burlington area, be sure to stop in
and visit Leyla.  With Fall fast approaching I know many of you

5.  This & That ~ Happenings at SunRose.

Summer is almost over.  Though the dog days of August are still
ahead of us.  And then the cool breeze of Autumn to follow.  Time, 
for me, moves so quickly that Im amazed.

Things change .. and I know they say change is good.  Our staff member, 
Lady Diana Gail, for those of you that have spoken with her .. has graduated college and has moved onto the 'corporate' world.  She is truly missed, more like the daughter I never had.. I valued her 'youthful' response to the blends we created here and the different 'scents'.. That youthful 'perspective'. Which assisted me in keeping in touch with the 'younger generation'. 
Wishing her much success on her new journey.  You will be missed Diana.

I have received a few email over the past few days regarding the 
'wholesale' page.  We are in the midst of creating sunrosewholesale.com.
You can still download the new price list, and we are hoping to go 'live' 
with the new website within the next 2 weeks.

This project has come about due to the overwhelming request from you, 
our client base.  The new site will enable you to buy from 2ml up to 
16oz sizes.

the encouragement that we should move ahead now.!! and for all the 
work you do.!!
