4.  Dilution Ratio Information ~ 

Many of you have asked me for the recommended dilution
ratio when making blends. 


-  2.5% dilution is an appropriate and recommended dilution.
2.5% dilution = 15 drops per ounce with an average
'swing*ratio' of 10 - 20 drops per ounce.  





- 5% dilution is currently considered to be more a 'clinical' dilution
5% dilution = 30 drops per ounce with an average
'swing*ratio' of 25 - 35 drops per ounce. 




Please Note:  Much research in current years has shown that "less is better" when utilizing essential oils.

Many of you have been vacationing and now getting the 
kids ready for back to school.  I went to Staples yesterday
and couldn't believe all the 'back to school' activity.

What is really exciting is the Autumn Season approaching
with its vibrant colors and cool breezes.! This year the Fall
Equinox falls on September 23rd. And with every Season
brings different activities.

Many are busy with the Fall Harvest .. canning, freezing,etc.
More and more of us .. preferring to grow our own foods so
that we know 'exactly' what we are getting! (no GMO's thank you.!)

This Season also is the time many of you are getting ready to make 
Christmas/Holiday gifts/products.
